The trailer also lifts the curtain on some additional interesting tidbits-most notably, that Prison Island is known as “Jewel Island” to its inhabitants, while the prison located at the center is referred to as “Jail Island” (at least in the Japanese dub). Based on the trailer, it would seem that Isaac and Jeanne are the primary leaders of both respective factions.Īlthough it is still far too early to expect immediate gameplay improvements from the game, the story trailer does much to assuage my concerns about World Seeker’s narrative. After a war stripped Prison Island of all its resources, the Marines rebuilt the island, ushering in an era of military rule and creating two factions of citizens: those who support the Marines, and those who oppose them and wish to restore the island’s tradition. The first is Isaac, the warden of the jail on Prison Island, while the second is Jeanne, a rebel leading a resistance group against the Marines.

I proposed the idea a while ago, and I have a rough draft of what Brook's non-canon history would look like. Moriah wasn't added until Unlimited Cruise Part 1. For example, Unlimited Adventure would go after Post Enies Lobby but before Thriller Bark because Lucci and Kaku are the last villians added. The Straw Hats' history pages have a lot of non-canon stuff in them as is, putting in stuff from video games would, in my opinion, be overwhelming so long as canon and non-canon info continue to share the same page. For that reason, for the Straw Hats in particular, I would only support including histories from World Seeker/other games if we moved all of their non-canon history to a new subpage. I wouldn't mix video games history into the main articles, that will only make them bigger with not important (non canon) information, and would make important stuff more difficult and tedious to find/read. If there's any islands or characters that are exclusive to the game they should get their own page if there's enough information. I don't believe we need the character's histories but maybe a combined summary of them all can go on the page somewhere.
It’s very similar to how the movies create new worlds. I know we don’t put video game histories in the One Piece character histories, but World Seeker is a fair exception with its own story and I believe it has its own islands.
